We understand that things happen and you can run late. Kindly give us a call ahead to let us know, we will do our best to accommodate you based upon your arrival time. 484-444-2062
Please note that an arrival beyond 15 minutes of your scheduled session may result in reduced service capability and/or we may require another team member to provide assistance in completing the service.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to keep our team on time for all following appointments.
SALON POLICIES
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW
Life happens, we get it. We kindly ask that you provide more than 48-hour notice from your scheduled appointment for any cancellations or changes.
If you miss an appointment without giving appropriate notice you will be required to leave a deposit for future scheduling.
NEW CLIENTS & DEPOSITS
Welcome to Van Gogh Salon! We recommend new clients to call the salon to schedule their appointment. All new clients are required to leave 50% deposit. If you do not cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment your deposit will not be refunded. The same applies to no-shows.
ADJUSTMENTS
In the event that you are unhappy with the results of your hair service, please call the salon within two weeks of your service. We are happy to make adjustments within that time frame. We do not offer refunds.
RIGHT TO REFUSE
Van Gogh Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior.
ILLNESS
In order to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we ask that if you are not feeling well prior to your appointment that you reschedule to a later date. We will be asking any clients who are visibly sick or coughing when they come into the salon to reschedule. We appreciate you understanding.
